Atma means "Self".
It is your own truth beneath the demands and the expectations of life.
Atma Well Co was founded because I recognised a missing piece in how we approach our wellbeing. We are taught how to meet the needs of the world around us, but we often lose touch of the ability to hear our own.
The ATMAA Model provides the framework to bridge the gap between how we show up for others and how we truly feel within.

Meet Diana
Founder & Creator of the ATMAA Model
With over 20 years in Human Resources and as a certified Holistic Wellness Coach, I have spent my career observing the tension between the lives we lead and the wellbeing we deserve.
It was my own journey through loss and life’s transitions that taught me that living well isn’t about doing more — it’s about finding the steady ground within. I created the ATMAA Model to provide a practical path for any woman ready to move beyond the daily pressure and reconnect with her own truth.
