Diana

Hi, I’m Diana, founder of Atma Well Co and a certified holistic and women’s wellness coach.
​
After more than 20 years in Human Resources, my own journey through loss, uncertainty and self-discovery taught me that living well isn’t about doing more — it’s about listening within.
​
Through mindfulness, self-compassion, and holistic wellbeing practices, I help women rediscover what's true for them —  bringing calm, clarity, and balance back into their lives.
