“You cannot live a full life,
if you are not fully yourself.”

Atma: Reconnecting with your True Self
Atma means "Self". It is the steady essence of who you are beneath the noise of daily life.
Reclaiming your wellbeing is not about adding more to your day; it is about realigning with your inner truth and building the confidence to be who you truly are.
The ATMAA Model provides the practical framework to bridge the gap between external expectations and your inner truth.

The ATMAA Journey
The five stage framework is the map we use to navigate the return to a steady way of being. Each phase provides the structure to listen inwardly and act with clarity.
1. Awareness
2. Trust
3. Mindful Action
4. Acceptance
5. Authenticity

From Confusion → Clarity Notice your thoughts and patterns.
From Doubt → Self-Belief Reconnect with your inner knowing.
From Hesitation → Intentional Movement Turn insight into conscious steps.
From Striving → Softening Embrace yourself with kindness.
From Self-Work → Self-Expression Live in alignment with who you are.

Meet Diana
Founder & Creator of the ATMAA Model
With over 20 years in Human Resources and as a certified Holistic Wellness Coach, I have spent my career observing the tension between the lives we lead and the wellbeing we deserve. It was my own journey through loss and life’s transitions that taught me that living well isn’t about doing more — it’s about finding the steady ground within.
I created the ATMAA Model to provide a practical path for any woman ready to move beyond daily pressure and reconnect with her own needs. My goal is to help you build a foundation for steady self-reliance — providing a roadmap to live in alignment with who you are.
