Be You. Live Well.

Finding your steady ground, beyond the momentum of doing.

You’ve spent years meeting the expectations of everyone else. It’s easy to lose sight of your own needs. I provide the structure and practice to help you reconnect with your body, quiet the noise, and find a pace that is entirely your own.

Atma: Reconnecting with your True Self

Atma means "Self". It is the steady essence of who you are beneath the noise of daily life.

Reclaiming your wellbeing isn’t about adding more to your day; it’s about realigning with your inner truth. The ATMAA Path provides the grounded framework to bridge the gap between external expectations and your inner life, while the Body Wisdom Journey provides the daily practice to begin.

Meet Diana

Founder & Creator of the ATMAA Path

With over 20 years in Human Resources and as a certified Holistic Wellness Coach, I have spent my career observing the tension between the lives we lead and the wellbeing we deserve.  It was my own journey through loss and life’s transitions that taught me that living well isn’t about doing more — it’s about finding the steady ground within.

I created the ATMAA Path to provide a practical roadmap for any woman ready to move beyond daily pressure and reconnect with her own needs. My goal is to help you build a foundation for steady self-reliance — providing the roadmap and the daily practices to live in alignment with your true self.
